glassworks of elena

Elena Tulcan Minodora, who completed the glass-ceramic section at the same academy as me, most of her works contain elements inspired by water, including water droplets. Initially, the water-inspired forms were translated into ceramics and then slowly replaced by glass. The preference for glass probably came naturally and due to the themes addressed.

The photographs were taken for the creation of an artist catalog. I was still a student when I took them. Of course, I couldn’t help myself and used reflections in most of the photographed objects; it seemed to me that the reflection sometimes completed the fragments of the form.
