could be on Mars

For Could be on Mars, I followed the furrows carved by the ebb and flow of the Garonne River, fascinated by the traces left by water. Once again, water, depending on the material it moves through, works on our perception. The use of close-up shots alters dimensions, plays with scale, making it undecidable the size of these muddy lines. Is it a small detail or a vast landscape? The answer remains open and calls for free interpretation between fiction and archive, between suggestion of form and geological capture.
